Here at BenMar Realty, we understand how difficult any relocation can be and would be delighted to make your transition as smooth as possible. Our relocation department is set up to assist you with your relocation if you are buying a home, condominium, townhome or loft only. If you will be purchasing, our relocation department will be happy to have a complete relocation kit sent to you at no expense. This kit will be assembled by our Referral Realtor in the city you’re moving to and will include a copy of any local papers, housing, school, employment and entertainment information.
